CS 6305 - Computer Vision and Applications

Prerequisite(s): CS 6304 , or departmental approval.
This course introduces the fundamentals of computer vision, emphasizing the middle ground between image processing and artificial intelligence to develop methods that enable a machine to analyze and understand images and videos. The topics includes image formation, camera imaging geometry, feature detection and matching, motion estimation and tracking, and image classification and scene understanding via machine learning and deep learning.
