MBA 6312 - Advanced Auditing

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance to the MBA Program or the Graduate Certificate Program in Accounting. Undergraduate degree in Accounting or undergraduate degree and 15 upper level accounting hours including the complete Intermediate Accounting sequence, Individual and Corporate Tax, and Audit.
This course builds an understanding of audit and the required risk assessment including evaluation of internal control and reporting of management assertions in the financial statements. Real-world audit planning and implementation will be examined throughout the course.
