BI 4350 - Strategy for Business Intelligence and Analytics

Prerequisite(s): BI 3315 and BI 3317
Students will develop a broad understanding of how strategic data management can lead to organizational become adaptive, agile, and competitive. Students will explore the intersection of data strategy, business intelligence (BI), and digital transformation, and learn how to leverage data-driven insights for improved business strategic and operational outcomes. The course integrates practical frameworks, agile digital transformation concepts, simulation, and current digital strategy case studies to help students design and implement effective data strategies and digital transformation.
