This course introduces students to analytical methods and data-driven decision-making approaches designed to enhance business operations and supply chain performance. Students will learn to leverage data to analyze, optimize, and improve key operational processes across areas such as service and production management, quality control, demand forecasting, facility planning, and process design. Emphasis is placed on developing predictive and prescriptive insights that move beyond descriptive reporting to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
