BI 6329 - Business Intelligence Strategy and Performance

Credits: 3 Class: 3 Lab: 3
Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the UHD MBA program or the Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence.
This course discusses the knowledge and skills in business intelligence strategy, business performance reporting and visualization, and enterprise performance management. Students will learn critical concepts and processes of developing business intelligence strategy and roadmaps, align organizational data and intelligence assets, distribute resources, track progress, and measure success towards overall organizational goals.
