BIOL 5310 - Techniques in Environmental Sampling and Analysis

Prerequisite(s): Admission in MS BSI Program
This course explores the interactions between plants and environmental systems, microbial diversity, and the chemical analysis. Students will gain hands-on experience in environmental sampling, microbial culture and staining, statistical analysis using R, and spectroscopic techniques. Through these methods, they will investigate real-world scientific questions and develop a strong foundation in both experimental design and data interpretation.
