BIOL 5311 - Techniques in Molecular and Behavioral Analysis

Prerequisite(s): Admission in MS BSI Program
This course focuses on genetic and physiological analysis using tissues, microbial and invertebrate model systems. Students will gain hands-on experience with DNA extraction, amplification, editing, cloning and expression, and behavioral assays. Through these methods, students will investigate real-world scientific questions and develop a strong foundation in both experimental design and data interpretation.
