SCM 6308 - Legal Aspects of Supply Chain Management

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the UHD MBA program or the Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management.
The law relating to conducting supply chain business activities. Students will evaluate case decisions by the courts, as well as ethical considerations. This course prepares managers and future managers in supply chain management positions to be effective leaders by covering these broad topics with specific tailoring to this field. Topics may vary according to shifting legal trends.
