BIOL 5232 - Advanced Cell Biology Lab

Credits: 2 Class: 0 Lab: 2
Prerequisite(s): Completion of an undergraduate degree in biology with equivalent courses to BIOL 4320 or BIOL 4330 or CHEM 4140 or MBIO 4310.
This graduate level course will provide hands on experience in experimental techniques used to study biology of the cell. Techniques include sub-cellular fractionation, western blot, PCR, electrophoresis, Cell culture, transfection and fluorescence microscopy. Emphasis will be student driven experimental design.
