ENGR 2407 - Surveying with GIS-GPS

Prerequisite(s): ENGR 2304  
Field training in use of electronic measurement devices, total stations and global positioning systems (GPS) applied to construction projects. Field recording of data, uploading to computers for analysis using geographic information systems (GIS). Computation of areas and construction volumes. Downloading data for field layout.
