AACB 3305 - Human Resources Administration

Prerequisite(s): Declared BAAS-AA-APAL or BAAS-AA-RFSA major.
This course examines the major trends in human resources including problems and issues faced by organizations and individuals in the public and private sectors.  Responsibilities of the human resources department and the roles of the administrators and clients of the human resources department are emphasized.
