ECO 3306 - Petroleum EconomicsCredits: 3 Class: 3 Lab: 0 Prerequisite(s): MATH 1301 , ECO 2301 , and ECO 2302 . Introduction to the methods and practices used by the oil and other industries to examine the economic viability of upstream oil and gas projects. Prepares students to perform economic evaluations and to critically review those done by others. Topics include cash flow analysis, economic indicators, risk and uncertainty, fiscal analysis, and techniques for valuing oil and gas properties and companies.
