This applied course presents practical skills for attracting and selecting talent for positions within organizations as well as effectively managing employees within organizations. The first part of the course will focus on workforce planning, recruitment and selection. The second part of the course will focus on human resource management practices aimed at developing human capital for a competitive advantage.
