This course covers the environmental science, ethics and economics involved in creating a sustainable future.  Topics discussed will include economic development, energy, poverty, education, agriculture, urbanization, climate change and loss of biodiversity.  There will be a focus on the knowledge, skills and technology needed for humans to engage in sustainable development practices.
