CJ 4317 - Child Abuse and Neglect

This course examines the etiology of Child Maltreatment (abuse and neglect) and how these issues are legally and socially addressed in the United States. In particular, the course focuses on these issues from the perspectives of law enforcement, child protective services, court personnel, and professions interested in prevention and education.
