NURS 4320 - Community Care

This course focuses on the role of the nurse in the community while considering the environment and epidemiological impact of care for vulnerable populations across the lifespan in home communities and within various agencies in the public health system. The scientific, public health, and nursing process approach to cultural diversity within the health-illness continuum are explored. The clinical experience will involve a clinical assessment and project plan.
